Application form
Our volunteers are a very important part of our organisation; it is common practice that all our potential volunteers fill out a questionnaire and disclaimer form. We realise that you may not know the answers to the questions. All we ask is that you fill them out to the best of your ability, and post them back to us as soon as possible.
Download the questionnaire here.
After you have filled in your answers you must add the date and your signature to the bottom of the form before posting to us. Post to:
Auckland Women's Refuge
PO Box 78016
Grey Lynn
Auckland 1002
Once the completed questionnaire has been received by us we will contact you regarding an interview time to further discuss volunteer work within our Refuge.
Thank you for your interest in wanting to become a volunteer with Auckland Women's Refuge.
